hell-O! im new to "modding" and am in the process of making a resource pack for 1.7.5. i have Paint.net & Notepad++. i have made some custom sword skins & they work fine, however im trying to make a retracting blade style sword similar to a lightsaber i guess, i have seen youtube videos of retracting lightsaber blades, but dont quite understand how to animate the blades and/or make a custom recipe for the new weapons,
i posted this in the Mods section of the forum AND here in Resource packs just in case one of the posts is in the wrong place, please forgive as im merely new to the forums & new to "modding" and/or making resource packs.
any & all help will be greatly appreciated & i thank you from the bottom of my tiny coal heart in advance.
