Does anyone have a link to a tutorial for creating a Resource Pack? I don't want one that is out of date or unprofessional in a way that makes me want to close the video after 1 min. The more concise and complete the better!

I have searched Youtube prior to this post but, kept finding ones that were out of date and/or very unprofessional and off-topic. (Even one where the person was looking at inappropriate pics while making their video! REALLY? WTF!)
