Basically all i am looking for is a resource pack that has a high quality... i dont want any of the blocks to look any different. (just more clear and higher quality). kind of like the shaders mod. Is this possible?? and if it is, and exists... WHY CANT I FIND IT ANYWHERE??????? please help

I love mining... its basically the only reason i play... this is the reason i dont use shaders mod. Its just way to dark in the nether and in tunnels.
