For stone, there a dark spot that repeats making it look like grid points against a background. It also features a few horizontal lines and other noticeable features that make it very easy to see where one tile ends and the next begins. This sort of thing comes off as unnatural since real stone (or any other natural texture) doesn't have repeating patterns like that. While repeats are inevitable in Minecraft, you need to learn to disguise them when making natural, seamless textures.
The same goes for the dirt. The way the texture is laid out, it looks like you have two columns: a light column and a dark column. The repeat on the vertical axis isn't too bad, but the fact that you have these distinct light and dark areas makes the horizontal tiling horrendous.
The planks have the opposite problem: vertical tiling. You have that one light-colored line that makes for uncomfortable "notebook paper" lines.
I can't tell if there's anything else wrong with your textures since you've chosen to be as far away from your work as possible when taking your screenshot. If you're proud of your textures, get closer to them! I can barely make out the details in the ores and ore blocks, so I can't give you a critique. (And no, I won't download a pack that I already know I don't like)
It's a start. It's not the best start ever... but it's a start. You have a LOT of work to do before this will be a good pack, but you're going in the right direction.
Oh, and one more thing. You bill your pack as "dark" but it appears that you've just sampled the default colors. Don't do that. Make your own color palette that fits your theme. Right now the colors, ores in particular, seem too bright for the pack to be considered "dark".

Well, it's based on being in a dark survival map. And this was my first ever texture pack.
I'll keep working!
