There is no reason why you should include another artist's textures in your pack. With the way the resource pack system works, you can apply more than one pack at once, layering them on top of one another. If you really think that your music would fit the textures well, then you can recommend that people use the packs together, but you shouldn't redistribute work that isn't yours.

The original pack is licensed for redistribution. The problem is that this redistribution does not include a share-alike clause in its own license (which is required under the previous license as a way of perpetuating the right to redistribute and expand the work), and as such cannot be redistributed in this way.
In other words, either distribute your pack under the appropriate license, get (and display) special permission from the original author, or take it off the forum before the moderators see this. Please be a good person and do the right thing. Nobody likes getting in trouble over copyright issues.
