Uh, I'm surprised no one figured it out. He found out it was the AMD beta 14.1 drivers causing the invisible world issue.
Mr. Fuzzbear, if you still really want to use this with the latest drivers, go to this link and just follow the instructions. Try the one where you drop the files into your java. Works fine with me with shaders mod installed. http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=386289
Edit: I'm used to calling them texture packs as well.
Resource packs aren't very resourceful sometimes. Some big resource packs along with mipmap can use up a lot of my GPU ram resources.
