Thanks Les, I'll take whatever you can do I don't think Misa ever did the End Crystal, maybe you're confusing it with the Nether Star?
It's been years, but I'm fairly certain I did because for the Nether Star item icon I did an animated screen capture of the End Crystal in-game with different custom animated textures -- with the Ender Crystal being shadowy purple and the Nether Star being glowy yellow. My best blind guess is Mojang just recently changed the model and broke the file association or the custom animation from MCPatcher that it relied on is either broken in this patch, or MCPatcher isn't being used. The files should still definitely be in the pack though.
Edit: Yep. Definitely in there, confirmed for 1.8.4 with working version of MCPatcher applied.
Thanks for the reply Misa! gave me a quick place to look. So I made a quick inverted light sensor and end crystal. It's now an entity item but was able to cobble together something from Misa with a touch of glyphs from vanilla (also an in hand item for the end crystal).
Any chance you could update the "high_res" connected texture folder? Currently the textures do not tile correctly for me and seem to be randomly placed.
also any chance to restore the connected textures for glass too? with the center being translucent?
Am I maybe doing something wrong? I have not touched my install since 1.6 other that updating the game and optifine.
EDIT: As for the "high_res" textures. I had the 'alternate blocks' option on. However I needed to disable optifne to change that option. That is why I was unable to see it. I still can't get connected glass working, at least not with translucent textures.
Translucent textures like those found in Misa's glass texture have been made impossible since 1.8. They eliminated alpha transparencies so people could no longer use texture packs to see through the ground. It's really a shame because Misa's connected glass is absolutely stunning to look at.
I think it's more likely its a work in progress rather than a bug
ROFL....please ignore the man behind the curtain. Yep....some leftover crap attempts I had made before and forgot to delete. I'm working on the font right now and then I'll clean up the patch and call it 1.9 for now. Still haven't gotten time to work on the horses but it'll have to work for now
Les
OK guys. I removed the ugly horse so it's back to vanilla (sorry..just can't find the time to make a decent skeleton/zombie horse). I also added Misa's high resolution font back in. Everything else seems to be working ok so I'm just calling this 1.9 patch for now.
How did you do the GUI textures? I'm currently working on a Misa-style resource pack for TerraFirmaCraft, and I'm having a hard time getting the GUI textures right. Someone once helped me create a sort of "template" for Misa's GUI, but I lost it as I was transferring my files from my old PC to my new one.

Hey AtheoAng3l0, I usually just use the vanilla version as a template by enlarging it to the correct size (use hard edges in Photoshop) Then just adjust or modify Misa's texture as a layer over that to get everything lined back up. They changed and moved a lot of things so that's the easiest way I could find. Hope that helps

That's a good idea. Thanks, Les. I also found the GUI I made for an old campfire mod. It has the complete pattern of Misa's GUIs' background texture. It should make things easier.
The only Misa-style TFC packs I know were those of TZvere and Weylin. Nyssa's Touch Of Realism is similar, and I'm currently using her pack as a placeholder for some textures.
EDIT: Never mind the "complete pattern" part. I was mistaken.
Thanks Les, I'll take whatever you can do

In all their CMYK synergy.
ah, in that case its because I'm running the 1.9 snapshots, and mcpatcher doesn't work for those. I appreciate you posting to correct me

Thanks Les, appreciate the effort.
Les, you are awesome! Thank you!

Here's my own quick and dirty command block patch, along with some other stuff, delete what you don't need.
Patch
Luckily for us, Misa did a lot of stuff for mcpatcher and it can be re-used with a bit of tinkering.
Hi Les and others,
have in 1.9 Skeleton horses without legs:
All other mobs are OK.
Is it just me or a bug in the resource pack patch ?
I think it's more likely its a work in progress rather than a bug

Great work Les, hugely appreciated!
I'd love to see a terrafirma pack, there's only been two other misa-style done before and they never got finished.

Your pack is looking great. The only issue I have noticed there is no textures for the three new command blocks.
Here you go, my versions of the new command blocks, as always big thanks to Misa for the original graphics
Command Block Patch
Thanks Uniquitous! Great job.
