Nice! I have found a completely new style of building and playing MC in general since I've got this pack! One problem though: I am kinda used to 32x textures and switching back to 16x is a slight discomfort. So, would it be too brazen of me if I ask whether a 32x version is possible or not?
P.S. When I was playing around, I often found myself in a situation like in Pic.4: I had to choose between which side to "connect" (that's one shitty explanation, but I hope you'll understand) So I have played with files a little bit (excuse me please, I did not share any modified copies). I found it better for me to replace any wood log type with a spruce plank texture, just like you did with quartz pillar to create pipes. That way I've dealt with a problem of sides not corresponding with each other (like in Pic.1) The upsides are you don't have to search for different wood types to create structures like I do in Pic.4, the log placing is multi-directional. But the downsides are that once you replace a log texture, the forests will turn into one ugly place (I replaced the acacia logs which are less common than other ones), and that you will have to collect wood 1:1 efficiency (a shitty explanation once again), but I kinda play creative much more than surv., so that wasn't a big deal for me. I think it will be best to add this kind of log replacement to aOldIdeas
In regards to a 32x version, that's certainly possible but sadly I won't be able to do it for the same reason I have cancelled my other packs: time
If you want 32x steampunk goodness try out Glimmar's Steampunk; you won't regret it! I like your idea with the logs and I might get onto that. My method involved having the oak and birch planks as rotated versions of the same texture, but that wastes a texture that could be used for more woods! I don't think I'll go replacing the log texture with wood, but I'm pretty sure I can use the CTM features of MC Patcher to get the same effect! Look out for it in the next update
By far one of my favorite resource packs. I love using this when building steampunky things.
Great work, Squid!
Thank you! It's nice to hear my work is being appreciated
I have a little update for you today. Nothing major, just fixing some things that were annoying me.
Removed huge audio files from the download. They were there by accident and made the .zip 10x(!) larger then it should have been.
Removed other random junk that shouldn't have been in the pack
Worked a little on removing mcpatcher features, hopefully one day I can have this pack work 100% without mcpatcher. For now it still needs mcpatcher for gui and mob animations and custom birch leave colours.
Redid a collection of paintings and finished the unfinished ones. However I made another mistake and forgot the 3 headed wither painting, so that one is still pink squares >.>
Here's some screenshots of the new paintings.
A nifty map!
Some machinery diagrams, good for labs, museums, or universities!
A new music ad, an updated shop sign, and some new portraits to replace the old banners - which became redundant.
Thank you
Thanks! You sure can, I'd just ask that you say somewhere on your channel where you got them from. Thanks again!

Edit: Weirdly I can't seem to edit my main post...
Can you use this resource pack for maps?
Yeah sure thing, you can do whatever you want with it!
You spelled "Imperial" wrong in one of the pictures.
