You need to get permission from Misa to use her work, and post proof that you have said permission (a screenshot of a PM will suffice) in order to be in compliance with the forum's rules. Otherwise, once you provide a download, you'll be breaking copyright law and will likely be banned.
Please either get permission and post proof of it... or remove everything you didn't make yourself. I'd hate to see this pack come to an end because of something so easily avoidable.
Well I no longer have access to that permission this texture pack has been a personal use since Beta 1.7.3 I only made it public a few months ago however doesn't look like I will be posting it because I do not have a screenshot of permissions from Misa Sorry everyone! Its a beautiful texture pack guess its all mine. Thanks Alvoria for the clarification.

If you got the permission once, you could try to ask again. Misa seems like a pretty nice person, so if you explained the situation to her I doubt she'd be upset about it.
You could also just remove the mob and armor textures and publish the rest of the pack. Lots of packs are missing things like that. Believe me, it's an OK thing not to have 100% completion. Just make sure to delete them outright and not make the mistake of putting Mojang's textures in their place, OK? The default will fill in the blank spaces anyway, so there's no need to redistribute it.
