All of you hate the minecraft rain, admit it, but this resource pack changes it, aswell as the thunder, some records and even the explosions! The rain sounds like actual rain, not white noise as it is originally.
I might update a little at a time, you never know.
Just insert this .zip file into your resource packs folder and your good!
Umm... your download is practically the size of all the vanilla sound files together... times three. Take out the un-neccessary files, maybe?
The explosion sounds just like the one at the start of Captainsparklez's TNT for some reason.
If you're going to have someone else's music in your pack, you need to post proof that you have permission from that artist in your post. Otherwise, you're in violation of the forum rules, and copyright law, and you'll likely be banned just as soon as the mods see it.
Please be a good person and either get and display the appropriate permissions, or remove the offending material from your pack. Thank you.

Also, TNT sound is awesome.
I don't trust something that bleeds for seven days and doesn't die. That's just crazy. -WayTooManyLlamas
