please remove all the textures that you did not make from scratch, that would be 99.9% of the textures. Also remove anything else which you did not make yourself, that is all.

People are allowed to edit the default textures as far as I can tell, as long as they aren't profiting from them.

It's okay, but I think you should do more than just colouring everything pink. Try your hand at making your own textures, and making the pack look more unique and appealing.

I was not talking about the screenshots. I downloaded the pack and it contains all the default textures + some (roughly 10) default textures that have inverted colors/hue shifted. That is all.

Indeed, no one ever mentioned anything about stealing. As far as the unedit textures go, they are unnecessary and I really don't see the reason why you should risk it by redistributing them to the public. Yes they are pretty much all over the place and everyone is using them for pretty much anything now, but when there is no reason to have them in the pack, just don't. If you have it in your dev pack that is fine, just make sure upload a clean version for download.

In 1.7 I am gonna release This texture pack's Diffrent way In other words everything will look diffrent but it will be mostly be pink Like in The song.

You seem to be completely oblivious to the fact that you are currently distributing minecraft default textures. Also I don't think there is a rule against telling people to put your textures into the actual jar, but people do prefer to have them as a resource pack.
Just change the pack.png to whatever you want, and then transfer the textures that you made into the corresponding folders/create folders if some are missing. Don't forget to change the description in pack.mcmeta.
