Well I like how you retextured the mobs, but keep in mind, filling everything with flat colours and no shading does not equal cartoon. Cartoon is just stylistic. It hardly has anything to do with how little shading anything has. Please try and detail your textures more. Make your own style instead of just killing the shading on everything.
