Hello, I was wondering how you change the color of water in Minecraft. I read that you have to patch your Minecraft with MCPatcher's Custom Colors but that didn't work for me. I selected the new MCPatcher profile and update 1.6.2, but my water still had the texture error look (Black and pink checker pattern).
Can anyone help me? Thanks.

Hmm, what do you mean 'change the water color' do you mean like it changing when you enter a swamp or something or actually changing the color? If you are talking about changing the actual color its actually pretty easy, just go into a image editor and change the color with the Colorization filter or something similar.
That means the water animation is broken. Make sure you're water texture has a working .mcmeta file, or it'll display the black and pink checkerboard instead of it's texture. I don't think there's anything wrong with your MCPatcher setup.
