problem is I am not used to Resource Packs so I don't know how to put it in my minecraft or make it a resource pack
You can always download a default resource pack to use as a template. It's really not all that different from editing a normal texture pack, just the folders are arranged differently, and you have access to sounds now. Your .minecraft folder should also contain a Resource Packs folder now, which you copy them into to add them to your game.
