how to downloade minecraft resource packs:
1.open minecraft 1.6.2
2.go to options
3.click on Resource packs
4.click on open Resource pack floder
5.drag the Resource pack floder.zip on it
6.you will find under the default the Resource packs the one you downloade it
then enjoy with it
