Sure you have permission from the mod developers but do you have permission from disco_ or other artists saying you can redistribute their pack with an add-on?

I don't,but this is not for a specific pack its used for any simplistic packs.
I didn't use any base sprites except the mods or default Minecraft.
Plus I didn't distribute their pack.All you have to do is put the mod files into the wanted texture pack.

1. Doesn't matter you still need permission from the original artist.

3. Yes you did, all you did was redistribute oCd but with added textures, you are not allowed to do that unless you get permission from disco_
Too right!! It's less detailed than oCd anyway. I like how you said you had permission from mod developers to reskin their items but not the texture creators to redistribute their pack with a direct link and no visible credit. Geez!
OK first I did not redistribute the pack.(used No Images were put in the download that is someone elses )
2 I personally was comparing the files to simple craft so every body that said i was using ocd is bull****.
3 no files were took from ocd craft and/or any other simplistic pack.
4 I't is added into any texture pack not atomically put in,you download a texture pack of your liking and drag my files in there

2. Excuse us for not being able to tell the difference between two simple packs that are almost identical.

I hardly see any effort into this. You took the textures of the backpacks and removed shading. Sure you could argue that simplecraft does similar things with their items, but the pack's popular because the concept was actually original at the time.
