I was banging my head against my desk then I got an idea and downgraded to 1.7 and CTM now works as shown in your screen shots!
I'm basicly grinning from ear to ear right now and thanks to your pack, it's so versitle and adds all the little details I've been dreaming of.

Hei, great resourcepack. i got a problem with it, i can run lot of texturepack in my pc, but i cant get to use this one. It runs perfect without optifine or mcpatcher on, but once i activate them the game crash and i get this error.
net.minecraft.client.renderer.StitcherException: Unable to fit: mcpatcher/ctm/wool_lime/10 - size: 32x32 - Maybe try a lowerresolution texturepack?
everytime i delete a file the error file change but still the same problem...
I ran some hd textures 128x128 and no problem... i dont know how to get this to work.
After some testing i found out that the problem comes with the conected textures on. if i disable them i can run the resourcepack perfectly.

"Halcyon Days" is my original resource pack and none of them are recast or diverts of existing texture.
However, Johnsmith texture, which I truly admire, has influenced me a lot in my designs.
This textures can be applied to various MODs, including Connected Textures MOD (CTM), Custom Colors, Custom Animations and Better Skies! ( *Please use the latest version MCPatcher HD Fix or Optifine. )

Hello there... Well I got a small Problem with Halcyon Days, well, when I choose it to use the resource pack turns into the default minecraft textures, I have Optifine and Forge, How can I correct this problem?
Try decompressing it to a folder. If that doesn't work, try using it without forge, if that works, it is most likely caused by one of your mods. If without forge dosen't work, try loading it without any mods what-so-ever.
Does Optifine's Connected textures work for this pack? It doesn't seem to work for me.
It works fine for me. Make sure they are on. Make sure you have the newest version of Optifine. (Actually I have yet to find a pack that doesn't work with Optifine, I think that is just a myth).

I have connected textures on fancy, no luck. I thought there might have been a problem with blocks3Dmod, but no luck. I have the mods:
AnimationAPI
Animated Players mod
Freezecam
Mapwriter
Optifine
presencefootsteps(liteloader)
and Shaders.
I can't understand how optifine may conflict with these mods.
EDIT:
It seems for some reason that Mapwriter does not work with optifine.
Any way to make this compatible with SEUS's shaders? My skies get tilted sideways when I turn shaders on, and unfortunately this is one of the few packs with good night skies.
Edit: Nevermind, looks like SEUS tilts the sky sideways for shadows. Not sure how to fix but I know the issue now.

Yeah, the seus shaders seem to tilt the sky with every pack. :/
i love this texture pack and would be willing to pay for a BOP and Nutra mod versions of it, its so nice and fits so well with my modpack its near needed.
Wonderful Pack! I think I like it more than Johnsmith, which up until now has been my favorite 32x pack! I can't wait to see what you create in the future. Could you possible consider creating this in a higher resolution, such as 64x? That would make this pack even more amazing.
