Your first two screenshots aren't very effective; we can't see any of the block detail. When you're taking snaps for a texture pack, make sure they show off the textures properly, from a more close view.
Do you have permission from Vattic to use this? If you don't then you either have to get permission or remove his textures.
I have already messaged Vattic alot of times.. he never replies, btw Vattic made a customizer for his texturepacks, I'm sure its allowed
anyways i haved pmed him again or i have an idea to remove his textures and make it an add-on for the orignal Faithful pack..

Painterly has a customizer too. Customizers are for putting together packs for -personal use- not public distribution without credit or any original work.
Requirements: - Give clear credit. - Link back to the Faithful 32x32 thread. - Be honest about what you are using. - No money making links.

- Using as many textures as you've made yourself.
- Using the items or paintings.
- Use as base for mod textures.
You aren't using any as placeholders, and it doesn't seem you've made any yourself if you just used a customizer. Also, a lack of response from the creator does not mean yes.
Just calm down, there are plenty of faithful packs and you can literally create vattics pack with a filter, leave him alone.
What? Why? Just because there are "plenty of Faithful packs", it's not an excuse to allow someone to skip over rules. It's not that we need to "leave him alone", it's that he needs to not just repost another person's work with just a few minor edits.

It's why people aren't allowed to use certain music they paid for in non-commercial youtube videos, even if they don't take credit for it. It's because they're not licensed to use it in that way. If the license was different, and permitted any form of derivative work, then people wouldn't be complaining right now.

This is my custom Faithful texturepack orignally created by Vattic..
I made this texturepack for 1.5 before.. and alot of people loved it and they wanted it for 1.6.. so i finally made it for 1.6
