Don't ask about the name, because I don't really know where it comes from.
I decided to make a medieval sort of texture pack that was [64x64]. Not too high of a resolution, but not too low. I think what I have here is pretty good so far, and I'm proud of what I've done

Not too bad, though from the screenshots I've noticed a lot of tiling errors. Most of the textures also look like scaled down pictures from Google Images, probably making the tiling worse. The side of the grass looks a bit lacking. The grass on the side looks a bit 'blobby' like you just made a quick stroke with the eraser tool and called it a day.
This pack sort of suffers from the same problem many 'realistic' packs face, where most textures turn out to be very grainy. A great example that all realistic packs I have ever seen would be the glowstone. I've never seen a good 'realistic' glowstone, it tends to turn out to be a grainy yellow block that doesn't look appealing.
This pack has potential, however it needs to have a style to it, instead of the generic grainy 'realistic' textures =)

Well, I know the tiling isn't perfect, but I'm trying to fix that. It's made easier to quickly (or, quickerly) fix the tiling, because you can just open a resourcepack folder, edit, and call it good.

Well Glowstone is not even a real thing. Glowstone is a fantasy object that emits light without any fire or electricity, thus defying the laws of light itself.

Glowstone doesn't have to be a real thing in order for people to make creative textures for it. There are many resource packs that do just that. Redstone isn't real either, however many resource packs manage to create great textures for that as well.
Though I'm unsure of the Laws of Light you are talking about, there are many ways for an object to emit light, as long as energy is present, the material can glow in the correct conditions. Glowstone in real life could be easily made with modern-day Chemistry, though of course would not glow indefinitely.

The laws of light is a law where light must emit from natural causes, like sunlight, or fire.

Not to get too off topic, though light can be emitted in many different ways. The heating of an object, chemical reaction, fusion, etc. Think of how glowsticks work, when you crack it, the two different chemicals mix together releasing energy in the form of light.
Anyway, the offset method is very useful for fixing tiling issues. Tools such as content aware and the healing brush are amazing. Can't wait to see all of the tiling issues fixed =)

Yes, those are ways how light can emit, but not natural.
I'm not sure the Sun, fire, hot objects or any other light emitting substance would agree with you ._.
I was referring to "chemical reaction, fusion, etc. Think of how glowsticks work, when you crack it, the two different chemicals mix together releasing energy in the form of light."

The Sun runs off of fusion, and fire is a chemical reaction.
Also, I think this video will help you with creating realistic textures in addition to your tiling problem =)

Here is a "tutorial" on tiling error fixes.
