How do I install?
Open the zip. Drag out the folder(not zip) to the resources pack folder in .minecraft
I do believe you need textures and not just sounds.
But this is a sound pack not a texture pack. Also the rules didn't say resources pack need texture, only says texture pack. If texture pack needs texture then sound pack needs sound
