Hey guys Vincedb1 here and welcome to my first resource pack! This pack was made for new people joining minecraft / people having trouble mining. Basically I took the texture from the bi-product of the ore once it has been mined and placed it onto the ore. The result is this! Feedback is appreciated, enjoy!
This has unfortunately been done to death, so there's not much to say. Though for your download, make sure the resource pack is in a .zip and not a .rar so it will work without the user having to extract it =)

I think that this might be good for beginners to the game. But I wouldn't use it. It doesn't look good but if you are new to the game then it might be good. But I do think if you are new to the game that you should get used to the default texture of the ores.
For example new players who know they want a white shiny metal (iron) but don't know what its ore looks like.
Isn't that why you want to explore? Mine stuff, check the names of what you've gotten, to see if it's what you're looking for. Iron isn't all that difficult to find either. But to each, their own.
