For a WIP, it looks pretty good so far! Though with many realistic packs, you face the problem of tiling and textures that are just too busy and look terrible on monitors. I would work on getting textures that aren't as finely detailed as the ones you have, otherwise you will get a case of the "jaggies" which is never good =(
To help fix tiling, using the Offset feature and offsetting the x and y by half of the total dimension of the texture helps greatly. Once you offset it, using the healing brush, content aware, etc. can fix the edges.
Once everything looks good, get rid of the offset and it tiles perfectly afterwards =)
If you want more information on offset, check this for GIMP and this for Photoshop
Hope this helps! (And don't forget to offer a download link, otherwise it's breaking the rules! =x)
You would upload your texture pack to a hosting website such as Mediafire, Dropbox (but beware, Dropbox temporarily suspends your public folder if you exceed bandwidth limits) Mega, etc.
Once you do that, just post a link so you can download it and that's it =)
