First go onto your 1.6 launcher, then into Minecraft. Then exit the Minecraft, NOT the launcher. Copy and paste the "assets" folder found in the ZIP download in your .minecraft. Copy and replace, reload Minecraft, and your good to go!
-Do not force/regular update to different version. Wait for a current version.
-Older versions may work, but not guaranteed! Only 1.6 and higher.

Love the resource pack so far! Glad I am seeing resource packs for all of the Zelda games that include amazing sound effects, really brings back the nostalgia =)
