1- Your first two screenshots? cannot be viewed, they are located on your local drive, so unless I'm a hacker I can't see them.
2- This is better than those "2 blocks edited" defaults.
the changes are minimal and nothing new in general. Not to be totally negative i do like the ghast and archer why have you put directories to your local drive? also you say you used paint, i would recomend paint.net as paint will not work when making water and glass or anything see through.
To improve your pack get further away from default look
This texture pack is awesome man! One thing I really like about it is the backwards shovels. I really like the effect that those give. Thanks for sharing this!
Also changes a few sounds in game thanks to the Resource Pack System.

Retired StaffI changed a lot of block names, death messages, items, enchantment names and one mob name.
Music Discs now have Minecraft Parodies and Youtuber intros.

the wheat was re colored and added a bit. It looks similar to a lot of things out there. anything similar though has been edited
