This is a central thread for all of the texture packs I have either released, or planned. At the moment, I only have one pack released, Default - Retweaked, but I have quite a lot of other packs planned or half started! Please, if you wish request textures to be put into my packs, for the moment as separate downloads, but one minecraftcustomzier.net updates, into the customisers that my packs will be be using. About: This is my take on the 'changed default' genre. It is still quite work in a progress, see the 'planned' spoiler for what I want to do with the pack in the future. I'm kinda aiming for it to be a compilation of all the default tweaks packs out there, made by one texture artist (thats me!), so, I might include my version of idkan's Log ctm or my take on Blocksmith Hybrid's blinking mobs. I may use ideas from these other packs, but I will never use textures. All textures in this pack are either my own, default, edited defualt or based of screenshots I have taken, on ssp and my server.
Nether Portal is now dark red
Logs have been made to look more round
Most mobs have at least one other variant (Randomobs)
Ore and mineral block textures are more 'related' e.g. diamond block has blue version of emerald block texture.
Wooden door has glass
Iron door has bars
Glowstone texture has been tweaked
Enderchest, ender pearl and eye, and end portal frame are now purplish, as they should be
Obsidian texture is black, not purple
TnT top has a fizzling fuse
Glass is easier to see through
Some paintings have been changed to be painting-style screenshots
Gui's have a new style
Diamond has new style, more shiny, with the diamond armour looking crystalline
Ice has a 'beta' shine texture and is more transparent
Creepers are ninjas
Clouds can be white grey or dark grey
Wood has had the 'dots' removed, so it looks smoother
Pumpkin blur is easier to see through
Bed is grey (See planned for why)
Clay is brownish
Gravel texture is old-style
In UK lang, Logs have been renamed to actually be called logs, instead of Wood
Begun fiddling with MCpatchers CIT feature, please ignore the doku texture on arrows/iron, thats just temporary.

Random bed colours
'Random shaped' textures for ores, grass etc
Ctm, lots and lots of ctm
More Randomobs
Fuse animation on firework
Sparkle/shine effect on all metal/gem related items like ores
'Pulse' animation on everything redstone
Make diamond armour less transparent
Biome-coloured stone!
Biome/Height specific mob textures! - Creeper texture will always blend into background (e.g at layer 12 or below it will be stone with diamond bits aboveground in a snow biome it will have a snow texture, and stuff like frozen zombies in a snow biome)

About: This a texture pack designed to be the lag killer. It has a block resolution of 4 by 4 pixels, and has no animations, so can cause massive fps increases! It was originally designed for my friend (Spack3rz_MC) who, doesn't have the best laptop in the world, and I joked that on 4x4 he could have decent fps, and out of that, this pack was born. Currently, only the blocks have even been started on this pack
Warning! This is still very WIP and some blocks may be unrecognisable.

Ye'OldeDoom - Medieval apocalypse pack
Modernist - Modern flavour , not far future, not medieval, but in the middle, about the current time period.
Desertification - Desert-themed pack, transforms the whole world into a desert
Psyche - Wild colours and crazy mobs!
Imperial pack - From warhammer 40k. In this pack you play as the Imperials, against mobs ike orks and chaos
Orky pack - Same as the imperial pack, but reverse, you play as the 'bad guys'
Make sure not to crank packs out like a factory, take as much time as you can with them.
Yes, I do seem to be cranking packs out quite fast at the moment, don't worry, i'm just getting down the base idea of all of my planned packs, I will come back and spend as much time as I need on them later.

Just a update to show you I haven't abandoned texture packs, but working on my second completely from scratch pack, and my first 32x32, AWorldWithout. The idea for this pack, is that is far-post apocalypse, so long after an event that wiped out all humans, and the world is now green and lush on the surface. But, as you dig down, ancient secrets are revealed!
So, here is a screenshot to show you the work I have done so far:
I am working on the 'surface' part of the pack.
Criticism is welcome, I don't mind you telling my my textures are bad if you tell me how to improve them!
Edit: just spotted the error on the stone, will fix that ASAP.
