"Don't be a hater" is the worst cop out in the history of the internet.
Look, your shading is awful. We know it's not complete, but your shading needs to be redone and you need to focus on that. Don't just spit out junky textures and expect us to not give your critical feedback. You should instead be asking us "how can I improve" we will be more than glad to help you.
Work on one texture at a time, slowly, until it's good. Not spit out a dozen ugly ones. Doing that will make us all give you hard, critical feedback "be haters" on you. :/
If you post a texture pack and expect all positive feedback, you are fooling yourself. Everyone has room for improvement, even the creators of popular packs like Sphax or Doku. To post an awful pack with very little work put into it and expect good feedback is simply arrogant.

Even 16x needs shading. Low res isnt an excuse for "bad".
