Those are the rules for the Texture Pack Central thread, not the forum itself. I've been going by rules.mcf.li , which are the actual rules for the forum.
What I meant by "leave the modding to the mods" was that a lot of your posts lately have been along the lines of "this belongs in the texture discussion," or "this needs pictures." If it really does need moved, then report it! You don't need to comment telling the person to report themselves when you could just as easily do it.
I can't say I'm not guilty of this myself (heck, I'm doing it right now), but one of the actual rules is that you can't tell someone that they're breaking the rules without also reporting them. This is mostly aimed at the "no pics no clicks" type of comments, but I assume it should apply to other stuff too.
All in all, no harm done. Just bringing it to your attention.
