I know how to change the sky's texture using MCPatcher and Optifine, however I have an issue with making the sky seamless like in several HD texture packs I have downloaded, used, and studied the sky texture images from. Every set up I have tried that includes stars, fractals, or other effects ends up making the skybox's edges appear, ruining the illusion that it is a normal sky.
If anyone has tips that could help me create a beautiful sky in Minecraft that's seamless, then I would really appreciate it. It's especially important since the sky texture I am creating is one I plan on using for the sky in the dimension I plan to add in a mod I am working on.

Curse PremiumI only got Derivation, using the sky from the pack as example.
First create the main parts
When you are done with the left and right part, create the part between left and right.
Don't think this part of the forum is for questions though.
Yeah, it probably isn't, but I felt that the texture pack category was the best to post this topic in.
No it's not, that's why there's a sub forum for Texture Discussion.
Also make sure your original image tiles in that format, or else you have to do some dreaded thing what artists call draw it yourself.
