This is a nice pack but Imo, I think the grass and tall grass should be toned down quite a bit. Kind of hurts my eyes with all the bright colors and the white on the tall grass. Remove the white flowers and darken the grass and this is a winner
I'm sorry, but there's absolutely no way I'm removing the white flowers! They're soooooooo happy!!!!
Also, there is a green-grass version for people just like you! c;
sure they look pretty, but because the dark stripe is so dark, when you are in the menus that have shading, you can't see any darkening. lighten the texture up a bit.

This is so similar to greatwoods that I kinda feel you're infringing on his style a little... I mean, it's VERY very similar. So similar that if he were still updating his pack, if I didn't know which was selected in minecraft, I couldn't honestly tell the difference between them.
IMO I think you should branch out the style a bit more, and aim to make it a bit more unique. You've used his style well but I just think getting a little more creative with it wouldn't hurt.
EDIT: Just noticed you're using ad based links as well.. Makes me think again if that's really appropriate for just how similar it is...

This was already addressed by Lithium a page or two back. But I do agree that the style is totally copied from Lithium's packs (even if the blocks are not entirely copied).

Could you please tell me what's so simlar!
I can understand a few blocks are similar, but what else?
The only things I can think of are the leaves, dirt, stone bricks and clouds.

Everything else is completely different.
It's not the blocks that are copied. It's an over-arching style that's similar. And it's not anything against the rules (God knows there are way too many "simple" packs out there). But some of us have noticed a number of themes and styles that are prevalent in Heartlands as they are in GreatWood.
Since I don't want to waste a whole bunch of space on a public forum, nor do I believe in public defamation, I'll contact you through PM with where I feel the similarities lie.
They mean that they're different textures, yes, but the style is a little too similar (as in, the textures end up looking as if they're part of Greatwood even though they aren't). This pack would really take off the ground if you experimented with your own styles instead of trying to get it so much like Lithium's IMO =)
Yea, this.
It's not that you copied the blocks or anything, it's just that the style is the same, right down to the colours. I just think it would be a lot more interesting if you experimented a bit more and made your own style. At the moment it feels kind of unnecessary because we have greatwood, why do we need another that's almost identical?
You obviously have skill in texturing to make these textures so I think it would be awesome if you just experimented a bit more and made the style more uniquely your own.

I sort of understand what you mean, but the colours aren't even similar!
The grass is wayyy yellower/brighter, the trees are greener, the stone is lighter, the dirt is redder, the sand is whiter, the bricks are more saturated etc.
As for the style, there is no theme!
It's just supposed to be a 'nice' looking texture pack. Just like Greatwood, Jolicraft, Summerfields, Good Morning Craft, Jungle Ruins, Springstones, WhirlyBird, PleadiaCraft, and the list goes on and on!
There is no style to copy, It's just what I did to make it look as pretty as possible to me!
Gunna find that message! xD

Curse PremiumYes, I know, I feel kind of stupid, but I've re-made the stone texture, raked dirt, and stone bricks.
I'm also trying to make new dirt.
They will all be in the next update (0.0.3)!
I'm very sorry btw ;c

Curse PremiumI'm not sure I understand...
Thank you!
I'm really having trouble with the dirt though.
I'll probably release a new version with everything by me except the dirt.
But I am working on the dirt so don't worry!
