Ok, ok.
I really love the wood and the wooden planks. The thing I don't really get though is the grass in picture 2. It doesn't match the dirt.
I can't wait till you get this finished!

I don't personally like it. But dudee, there's already 50000 other people that have done textures like that, find a new idea, a new theme, you know what I mean? If it's plain, rustic or something, I think you can do it man!
Hey, Thanks for the tips, compose a msg to me for any ideas? I think i can do basic textures.
The bumps on this topic are really something, lol.
Interesting start. I'd recommend avoiding pillow shading on your wooden planks. Your logs also don't look very natural either... what kind of theme are you going for here?
1) Work on one project at a time. Seriously. You have this "50% done" pack and the one you've linked is supposedly "35% done" (Figures that I feel are horribly inaccurate, seeing as how you've barely modified anything in the one you've linked.) You're never going to get anything done if you keep juggling WIP projects like this.
2) If you're just trying stuff out to get a feel for it, then it's best not to post your trial runs up here and expect people to download them. Practice is a great way to improve, but you'd want to post your -best- work or most recent serious project. Not some test runs to see how you can modify textures here and there.
3) Stahp with "simple pack" as a justification. Simple doesn't mean bucket fills and there's more to it than making flat shadeless textures with lines. There's a stylistic element that you have to nail with it, not simply "downgrade" some of the textures. If a simple pack is something you'd like to tackle, then I'd advise just taking a step back and trying to plan things out appropriately. Ask for feedback on individual textures first, to find out where you need to go, before posting the full pack.
Finally pic of gameplay
