Hey eleazzaar,
When do you think you could work on the icons.png? I would love to see what you do with that, I mean the one from vaatics pack fits but I think you could do a better job
But as usual keep up the awesome work!
Thanks,
Those little Icons that go on top of your quick bar are pretty important, but likely won't be in the next release. I don't really plan much beyond the next release...
hello elazzar i like your resource pack your resource pack is excellent have a block that need fix
the redtone block is a bit purple in middle I suggested a dark red in middle (constructive criticism)

Yeah, that's on purpose to add more vibrancy to the red parts. When i split Lithos into more/less faithful versions, a fully red redstone block will be in the more faithful one.
you dont use none of filters you use pencil its hard in my resource pack i use filters now i understand the reason of my resource pack is ugly
To clarify, i sometimes use filters as part of the process. Mostly blur, sharpen, and noise. I don't believe in placing every single pixel individually-- that's a waste of my time. I use larger brushes when i can, and one-pixel brushes only when necessary-- which is still most of the time.
Filters can do a lot of useful and amazing things in other contexts. But the default textures are low to medium quality art, in different styles. There's no filter that can turn that into good, higher definition art -- nor one that can even give the process a good start, IMHO.

i understand I hope I do not be annoying Most people think my questions is annoying but now i understand most filters is almost useless for create resource pack
Sneak Peek Development VersionI've been mostly working on the plants. I've resized them so they fit in the pots in the snapshots.Everyone has noticed that the non-farm plants when viewed from above make an "X" shape. Since the texture is being stretched from corner to corner, the pixels are enlarged. I've been redoing the plants/flowers up to 48x48 which makes the pixels in the plants and regular blocks nearly the same size. I haven't got to them all, but i'm interested in feedback on this, and weather using non-power-of-two sized textures causes problems for some people. Get it Here
Feedback on this is appreciated.

Fantastic work! Your textures are so cohesive. The "X shape" is something you cant get away from when viewed top down. I have officially converted from R3d. Also must say the color scheme on the gui's is perfection. I personally don't see a problem with using non-power-of-two. Great work

Thank you very much.
Due to working on what i feel like adding, instead of what the pack probably really needs, i'm adding support for two of my favorite storage mods...

Looks awesome!
Problem is I would likely not use it because most of the time I spend playing with those mods is on a heavily modded server (30+ mods) and my computer isn't great even for vanilla
Also a question, are the GUIs done? Cos I really love your GUIs

Small mods like these don't add much to the download size, so i feel free to add them to the main download without worrying about how many people will use them.
Thanks, and yeah, i've done the GUIs in Lithos-style. I'm proud of those too, though it is going to be a pain and/or impossible to make my GUI to work nicely with some mods like NEI and inventory tweaks.
Good thing I remembered to check back on this and follow! The iron chests and ender chest texture look cool. Think you could consider doing a few other mods like backpacks, morefurnaces, betterfurances, and enchanting plus?

In theory, i'm mostly focusing on the default textures right now-- there's plenty left undone.
So i'm can't promise which mod's i'll support yet. I put some effort in working on what the texture pack needs most, but this is also a hobby project, so sometimes i just add what i feel like-- so there's nothing like a rigid schedule. But i'm interested in further mod support.
When i get around to it i'll mostly be looking at mods that:
Are Popular
Don't take too long to texture
I personally Like
Those two had really high ratings in all three. And there are a couple more storage mods that I'll probably finish off as well.
So feel free to mention the mods that you would really like to see in Lithos-style. I'll record the suggestions, but, i'm far from running short of things to do for Lithos.
Today's snapshot has real stained glass in it! The default version is remarkably ugly, but never fear, as soon get everything squared away with the glass i'll do another Lithos release.

Wow that looks great! I should really make lithos itself one of my main texture packs...
And I figured that about mods. The ones I suggested seemed to fit most of your criteria. And TBH, you could give the iron, gold, and diamond furnaces from both furnace mods same texture too. Really hope to see enchantment plus added to texture pack though. The new table for it looks weird...

Wow your fast. Also must say the flowers for the snapshots are beautiful. I really feel Mojang should use your pack as default as to me its how the game really and truly should look.

Yeah, Mojang changed the file names of all the double-tall plants on us in the latest snapshot. Will be fixed in the next release.

Curse PremiumI don't use a filter. None of Photoshop's filters could give me a better start than starting from scratch.
