Hey guy great pack, I LOVE it and I'm going to use it alot and all the time when it's done. I made video on it and would appreciate if could check it out
Thanks for the review! I left a comment on your video, and added a link to in in the first post.
I always update the info in the first post with a new release. And there's a detailed changlog in a spoiler.
I finished all the blocks, except water and lava a couple of releases ago. Those animated blocks will take a lot of time, and I rather progress in other areas first.
Oh sorry! You're doing the right thing, thanks for your effort :3
This pack caught my eye the moment I saw it in your signature. Everything is recognisable but there's enough deviation to make it appealing. It's great.
To offer CC, I'd say that the obsidian colour stands out a bit too much (not dark enough). I also agree with what a previous poster mentioned about oak logs - they remind me of the smoother and more humid nature of jungle logs.
Finding the right balance between being faithful and looking good is one of the big interesting and challenging aspects of this projects. My obsidian is indeed brighter and more colorful than vanilla's. I'm aware of every deviation from vanilla, but carefully try to balance improved appearance with faithfulness, especially of building blocks. Of course i don't expect everyone to 100% agree with the balance i've reached.
That's where the Poll at the top of this thread comes in— Do i make Lithos a more faithful pack, with an add-on pack to make it more distinctive and prettier, or do i take Lithos a little further from faithfulness, and make an strictly faithful add-on pack? Or neither, because hardly anybody cares?

*FIX FOR UNTEXTURED FISH*
Go into the resource pack folder, enter Lithos.zip, go to assets, then minecraft, double click items and rename fish_raw.png to fish_cod_raw.png, do the same with fish_cooked.png, it should look like this fish_cod_cooked.png. Go into minecraft and see if the fix works. Your welcome, Cekonomics

Good eye. I thought they were done changing the names of image files on us .
Note that the fix you describe will make the fish work in the snapshots, but it will be broken in 1.6. If you want it to work in both, you should duplicate the fish image and rename the copies.
Hey eleazzaar,
When do you think you could work on the icons.png? I would love to see what you do with that, I mean the one from vaatics pack fits but I think you could do a better job
But as usual keep up the awesome work!

Curse PremiumSome Tulips previously had an annoying floating pixel.
Corrected Tulips are now in the Downloads.

Curse PremiumHere's an update focused on Item Icons. Note especially:
- All Tools complete
- All Weapons complete
- All Hostile Mob Drops complete
- All Fishing Stuff complete (including snapshot support)
65 new or modified images in total.NOTE: At the moment i'm having trouble uploading to Curses, use the alternate Download.
Thanks!
I'm not super-fond of the Pumpkin face myself-- it's something i plan to redo, probably with CTM random variants.
