Wow, the tools are looking really neat. Love the style you're using for them and THANK YOU for not just recolouring each tool material type, we have the ability to texture each tool for a reason!
The tools and weapons are a lot more controversial than i thought, but unfortunately for those who prefer something else, i'm going with stone tools/weapons that look like they are made out of flint rocks, not some dark metal. Even though it is a lot more of a pain than recolors.
It is part of the overarching "clarity" goal of my pack.
It's been a while since the last update, but downloads have remained pretty constant, so thanks, all of you out there.
The next release will probably be when i get all new plants and blocks in the latest snapshot done. (currently at 25%) I think snapshot support will be a major focus.

Snapshots are looking good so far
Off topic but I love the 1.7 snapshots new resource pack selection screen, so much easier than combining your pack with faithful
I wanted to get something out for purposes of feedback and showing off, but all the screenshots, uploading, page-updating, and double-checking is a pain. And i'm becoming less happy about having half-completed stuff in my texture pack. So i'm going to release a snapshot of my texture pack as it stands right now.
Major changes:
Connected Textures support for a more than a few blocks
About half the 1.7 snapshot blocks
Nearly completed GUI
Refinements of a lot of blocks, including dirt.
Direct Dropbox Download
(different from all the other download links)
Feedback is as always welcome, especially on how the CTM works with Optifine.
EDIT: the cracked stone brick with CTM has nasty edges-- didn't mean to include that. And the regular stone bricks don't match the mossy and cracked without CTM.

Ok I have two things to say about the snapshot
1) please don't ever use that site again, it takes far too long to download and took me around three restarts to get the download working
2) can you please not include vannila textures in the pack (the villager GUI screen is in the snapshot) because if minecraft detects that it is in lithos it won't use the faithful texture and will use the vannila texture instead (I'm talking about the new resource pack selection screen in 13w36a)
But apart from that brilliant work as usual
I have a question that may seem silly, but I'm seeing that you're already doing updates for the 1.7 blocks, does this mean that all of them from 1.6 are done? Not saying about items because I'm seeing that you are still doing it.
Anyway, it's looking AWESOME, Vattic is going to find some really heavy competition when you're done!

I always update the info in the first post with a new release. And there's a detailed changlog in a spoiler.
I finished all the blocks, except water and lava a couple of releases ago. Those animated blocks will take a lot of time, and I rather progress in other areas first.
Yeah, sorry about that-- i noticed it a little bit ago, i'll probably roll out the fixed download tomorrow.
Great to hear! On another note, I'd really love to see your texture for the Peony, my creative inventory looks so weird having textures for all the other tabs (I'm also using Vattic's Faithful for the textures you don't have yet).

Yeah, finishing up the remaining new snapshot blocks is high on my priority and interest list. I wanted the release to have them all, but i got temporarily burned out on doing flowers, and felt a release was overdue.
If you are combining Lithos with another pack to fill in the holes, i recommend you try Stock 32. It's a 32x faithful pack but more artfully done than Vattic's. Of course i don't think that pack is complete so you still might need vattic's to fill in the remaining holes.

Yeah, I saw that one. I'll probably use it for some, though yours is the best I've seen in my year and a half of Minecrafting. Also, I have a custom gui in my resource pack that uses item frames in the item slots in most of the gui's. I was wondering if I'm allowed to edit your gui's and combine them with your item frame texture? (Not give out a download for them, just make videos with the edited version). Anyways, thank you for your time, this has been a great conversation.

I don't object if you want to modify Lithos for personal use. Please see the "Usage" section of the thread's first post for details, and let me know if somethings not clear.

Sounds good, just wanted to make sure I could use the customized version on Youtube.

Curse Premiumnew download linkI had Mediafire, but i got locked out due to a misunderstanding that i'm still trying to straighten out.
I'm worried about the traffic limit on Dropbox, but it should be OK, just for this purpose.
