A bunch of mod support from Markacashion -- most notably, Tinker's Con Mattocks
This was kinda hard to do, & make it look good at the same time. I'm very proud of it & hope you guys are proud of it too. I wander if I need to improve it or not
Don't you love it when you record a video & it doesn't record right? Because I do!
I didn't record all of the screen, but you can see most of the stuff that I have done. It is finished & I might upload it despite the problem. I hope it will look good to you guys.
One of the dandelion models (dandelion_4) in Core 1.8-N has a typo (comma instead of decimal point) with the last "to" value, resulting in the purple grid texture.

Can I just say eleazzaar has made the weirdest bow texture ever. It's kinda hard to make a good Tinkers' Construct bow texture. But I still found a way to do it.
So that said, who is excited to see Tinkers' Construct bow textures be made?

Good to see mod textures being done, but I find it really hard to use any modded pack without a texture pack that supports all the mods in it, since the only one that is fully done is Faithful32, I hope that one day we can use some other packs too, but if any mod textures is missing, I ditch it out of my ressourcepack folder.

When playing with mods, I stack Lithos:Core (and usually Luminous) over Vattic's Faithful. They mesh well enough -- better than the default mod textures in dozens of different style.

I'll try this next time I'm waiting for a full released 1.8.9 modpack to start a modded adventure again, now I'm in a vanilla 1.9 snapshots adventure for awhile I'll say not expecting any modpacks for 1.8.9 till mid june perhaps.

I usually bounce from mod pack to other mod pack if I get bored of one of them. Once I do that, I load the mod pack & run Minecraft once. Then I will exit Minecraft, transfer ALL of the resource packs in the mod pack that I was working on, finished (& not released yet), or something else, into the current mod pack's resource folder. Then I start working from there.
So I try to get all of the texture from a mod done as much as I can.
BOP, Thaumcraft, & Tinkers' Construct are the 3 highest requested mod support to be done. So I for now am doing Tinkers' Construct, & will tackle the other 2 mods later. But for each Mod Support update, I do a few other mod textures, but nothing huge.
I do like playing with mod packs that have a resource pack to support all of the mods in the pack too. So that is why I am doing mod support for Lithos. For people like you. Also I like Lithos & want to see the feel of the pack while I play with mods
Here is a present for you:
What it looks like in my /resourcepacks folder in the Resonant Rise mod pack. All this for you guys to enjoy
Short-Bow textures!!!! Short-Bow textures will not be in the next Lithos update, but might be in the next update after that. We will see.
On another note, I was thinking today that I might livestream me making Tinkers' Construct textures. I will still record some of my progress too, but working on these textures do take some time. Sometimes they take a long time to do, but other times they can be small. Well, if anyone would love to see me livestream making some painful depressing work on some Tinkers' Construct textures, then I would set it up
On the left is a Longbow while the one on the right is a Short-Bow. (The Short-Bow has a wood Limb on the bottom & a Bronze Limb on the top.)
The difference: The Longbow has the ability to change the grip, while the Short-Bow uses the 2 limbs for the grip.
There are differences between the two in-game & how they work, but that is something I'm not going to go into. You can play & read about it in-game for yourself.

Curse PremiumYeah, that's exactly the kind of stuff i'm looking for. It could have been a very long time before I noticed that on my own.
That all is fixed for the next release...

Well Tinkers' Construct Longbows are done (just need to do 3 bowstring textures left). Here are a few pics:
1)All wood limbs & a copper grip
2)Wood & bone limbs with a copper grip
What do you guys think so far? Even the bending of the limbs are done too. I might have to change the string a bit, but still.
Any feedback, good or bad, will help me out a lot.
I have a special gift for you guys:
