Just noticed a small bug in the luminous addon glass panel connected texture
btw i love your pack , please work on armour and items before you start working on any mod integration !
Yeah, glass panes do odd things when they don't connect to any blocks on the side. Good catch, but i'm not sure the fix is worth it. I'll think about it.
I'm not going to even consider mod more support until after mods i care about start coming out for 1.7.
Im wondering if you could make connected textures work with optifine. Mcpatcher makes my game lag and im hoping if you can do connected textures with optifine. Other than that I love your resource pack!

As far as i know the connected textures worked with optifine in 1.6.x. Optifine for 1.7.x is still in a preview state, so i'm not going to worry about supporting it until it finalizes. I'm not trying to avoid supporting Optifine, but unfortunately they don't do CTM and other fancy features exactly the same way, and i've never been able to find documentation on what the differences are.

You mean there's a frame around each block of glass? That's not a bug, that's the way the textures are. I'm not entirely sure i want to change the glass so the frame is only around the edge of all the blocks, but i might.

By popular demand this release focuses on item icons. I've got 59 new ones for you, including all the food, all the dye, and diamonds, quartz, and emeralds.
The food icons were generously loaned me by Dack105 from his Stock32 pack. My intention is to do all original art for item icons, but that takes time. For now, Stock32 icons fit in pretty well with Lithos, and should improve your experience.

Even though i don't reply after every comment like this, i'm still recording votes. Though i won't be working on any mod stuff until forge for 1.7.4 is stable and mods start updating for it. Still it is important to accumulate votes, since so far there is very little overlap. Most mods have just one vote, which doesn't give me a good picture of which are really popular.
The books get bigger and fancier the more cumulative spell levels they contain. I probably need to work more at making the books distinct.
I would have liked to give an indication of exactly what spell each contained, but now spell books usually will contain multiple spells of different types. So far as i can tell there's no way to make a unique texture for a book containing Fortune and Infinity.
CIT seems very useful for distinguishing the enchantment/potion stuff that Mojang hasn't. I expect different enchanting "glints" and some easier to differentiate potions.

I have tried several faithful packs, because I wanted something like default, only better, but I like yours best so far.
Probably gonna stick with it.
Due to the unexpected popularity of the previous update focusing on Item Icons, i bring you a second Icon update, which (nearly) finishes off all the Icons. 42 new Icons and an additional 5 Icons to help distinguish between valuable and common enchanted books (MCPatcher/Optifine Required). Again, i've borrowed a few icons from Stock32. Only Armor icons are undone— because i haven't done the armor yet.
Lithos' own font is revealed in this release. Thanks to d3fin3d's for the use of the HD Minecraft Font, but it unfortunately hasn't been updated, and I've been wanting something a little easier on the eyes. So I made a new font.
However as a native American, i have little exposure to accented characters. I think i did them right, but who knows. I'm hoping some of you are from other parts of the world, and can tell me if i'm doing something wrong.
Also i've noticed (browsing through the language selections) that for some languages, like Czech, some of the characters are drawn from other ASCII .PNGs. If anybody has the knowledge to help me identify which characters in all those unicode .PNGs need to be changed to complete an language, i'm happy to do that.
