Thanks! One of my aims is to keep as faithful to the original games as possible, right down to the NES palette.

Thanks! The colours a very bright because all of the textures were made using the NES palette, which itself is very bright and saturated, so, sorry, but no.

Bit of a suggestion. In Super Mario Bros., there is a stone pallet that is light gray. So if you want a classic pallet but still gray stone you might want to use it.

I am aware of that palette. it is currently used on the snow, but will be used on the new white stone in the next update.

Yes, it is horrible. That is because most of it is based on Super Mario Bros.
