Texture Packs are typically made to change the aesthetic feel of a texture pack whether it be changing block textures or even just the GUI and this does nothing but fill in boxes with colors. I would suggest learning how to properly creating a texture pack.

You didn't change contours! You just spamclicked a paint-bucket everywhere!
A paint-bucket should only be used in a texture pack to provide a base to shade on (which works okay with translucent pencil tools), not to make an entire pack.

Sorry, I have nothing kind to say about this. It's lame with no consistency (Herobrine eyes for animals, bucketfill of paint colors) ...

You can't seriously expect us to give sypathy to you for using bucket fill. Even on a GUI pack. I've seen GUI's that look like Windows 7, with transparent glass effects. But this, looks like you took the most basic colors, slapped them on an image, and called it GUI.

Just because you didn't use a bucket-fill tool doesn't make it look any better, or any less bucket-fill.
