Simply download this texturepack on their computer and put it in their texturepack folder. Open their minercaft and select the texturepack. It's also funny that this pack most definitely doesn't work, assuming this is a 1.4.x pack, and that you didn't spend all that time bucket filling the 255+ textured blocks.
