I was the eighth or so comment on the other thread and predicted your first work's future success. Happily I can say that this is just as bound to be a phenomenal, highly revered texture pack.

Your hard work does not go unnoticed my friend! Thank you for your dedication to the Minecraft Forum! Remember also to post additional screenshots when you get to finishing the textures.

Though I personally prefer the original BDcraft, this certainly is an interesting variant, good work.

64x version is a bit too small to show all the details of GrungeBDcraft. But I'll maybe make it if it's a popular demand.

Thanks. I also play with PureBDcraft but I like a lot this dark feeling of GrungeBDcraft.

Just want to add my 2 cents - this is fantastic! A great middle ground between the super-realistics and cartoony packs. This will be the pack of choice for me when finished.

Basically, yes and it's the goal: adding realistic details where PureBDcraft just have flatten/cartoony colors.

I'll be honest... I was not a big fan of PureBDCraft but with this texture pack you've taken everything I disliked about PureBDCraft and improved them to fit my style, this is now my favorite texture pack. I only have one complaint, I've been mistaking the iron ore for gold ore I would suggest making the iron ore a bit duller yellow or make it look more rust-like.

I'll probably changed the ores a bit in the future of GrungeBDcraft.

Favourite texture pack.

I just found my first desert with this texture pack.... that sand... too sharp! It needs to be smoothed out!
