I'm new to the forums, but I have been making and editing texture packs in Minecraft for a long time. This is a project that I have been working on since 1.4.5 was released and am very happy with the outcome. This really is a beautiful texture. For any creative build or survival game, you'll be amazed by it. Guaranteed.
And feel free to leave me feedback on this post and on the texture!

Note: An update for 1.6 should be coming very soon after it's release.
I personally don't like the JohnSmith Legacy texture. That's why I made this texture. Trust me, there are a LOT of differences.
You haven't made any of these, all you have done is taken Johnsmith textures from Legacy, The JS Customer and Monkeyfarm's texture pack and put your preferred textures together into a pack.
I'm sure that many people that use Johnsmith as their preferred texture pack change many different textures to their liking. But you really don't need to create a new thread on the minecraft forums for it, all it will do is create confusion. If you want create a new thread for it do it on the JohnSmith Legacy forums.
EDIT: after downloading its basicly just monkeyfarm's texturepack
I think I'm observant enough to notice the differences.... but I only mentioned that because all you did was take textures from other packs, as Greenhawk said.
You could have at least credited the packs and I don't think it's too smart to use mediafire for your screenshots.... just saying
