Sorry, but gotta say, it's not 8-bit. It is 8x8 however. Easy way to tell if not 8-bit: if a tile uses more than 4 colors. 8-bit can only handle up to 4 colors a sprite.
You should post the pictures here on this topic.
And it looks more of a default shrunk down to 8x8.

Actually 8-bit can use any of these colors:
8bit allows for 3 bits of red, 3 bits of green, and 2 bits of blue.

Really? I always thought it allowed for 8 different colours to be on or off in a single pixel...
The texture pack looks okay, I guess. Is it your work, though, or someone else's?
Where is your license, images and direct download link?
Also, is it even YOUR pack? If it isn't, you need permission and credit.
Plus, your title isn't formatted correctly.

That doesn't change the fact that 8-bit sprites can only use 4 colors or less a sprite, including transparency. Sprites that use 10+ colors defintiely isn't 8-bit. That would be 16-bit.

And you don't need to state a license, its already there (you know the internet , Creative Commons Act). What he/she would actually be doing is restating what the act mentions.

Cast aside your festive doylaks: dragon stuff is about to happen.
Multiplayer is lonely once you understand how it actually works.
