You're welcome! I don't know whether the resourcepack folder will read .zip files, but I've never tried. I use the folders in case I want to edit a texture or whatnot.
The problem with purple paintings could be that there are more paintings in 1.6 then in 1.5
= Some paintings are not made in this TexturePack yet.
Animations are quite simple
Like waving flowers or grass
Yeah, I have not gotten to the paintings yet. I was going to get to paintings and then the snapshot came out >.<
It's likely that I won't release a new version (v11) until I have finished the 1.6 items and whatnot. Unless 1.7 comes out before then, in which case I may just wait.
Amazing pack. I remember when I stumbled upon FriendlyHeart's old thread, I loved it then, and I love it now. The one problem I have is with the chests, they look like they have a gigantic monotone outline around them that completely clashes with the way that the rest of the pack looks.

Okay, I'll take a look for the next update. However, I believe the texture has stayed the same as when FriendlyHeart made them, so it might be something with the way chests are rendered in 1.6. I don't know. Again, I'll take a look :-D
I wonder what the progress of the texture pack is.
The issue for the zombie skin is that I believe the zombie texture got resized for no apparent reason. This may be the same with zombie pigmen. I think either MCPatcher or Optifine made this error not show up, but I'm not sure which one.

Slowly but surely progressing. Will definitely release an update today, as I am home from school (sick) so I should be able to get at least some textures done.
Please, pack your zip in the right way.
Stop putting the texturpack in seperat folders into the zip, minecraft does not load that.
For all using the pack. You have to unpack it to make it work.
Actually I loaded it the same way it's been loaded for other packs I use.
Pack Name.zip --> Pack Name --> assets/pack.png/pack.mcmeta --> minecraft --> textures.
If there's another way it's supposed to be done, let me know.
Normal Packs don't use Pack Name.zip --> Pack Name --> assets/pack.png/pack.mcmeta --> minecraft --> textures. they use Pack Name.zip --> assets/pack.png etc.
Just try dropping the zip into resourcepacks folder, it won't load.

Btw. you ruined the first post somehow
Okay. I generally unzip all my packs anyway and that's how they've been dissected so I thought that was the way to do it.
And I'm looking at it now. I don't know how that happened. I went to update the download a few hours ago and it was fine, but it wouldn't let me change the title. I don't even know how to fix this...
Attention: Version 11 is out and the thread has been fixed!
It was sort of a spontaneous update, as I wanted to finalize more textures before I released it, but there will now be small updates (even if it's only a block or two) so you guys aren't waiting as long.
However, Version 11.1 will be the one where you can just drag it in as a .zip without decompressing. I forgot to get to it before the update.
Nice would be mod support, wouldn't it?
Im talking about forge mods like IC, BC etc.
Most of the old Minecraft Players switch to forge/tekkit mod packs because they need more to do.
I'm currently using soatex, faithfull or sphax, because they nearly have every mod supported.
You could also try to start a svn on github, so other people can commit things to it.
Like me.

Yeah, it has been quite a while. I'm working though - can't rush textures!
Mod support would be nice, and I may do GitHub / submissions soon because doing the big mods would take quite a while. On the topic of Soartex, I'm a texture reviewer there.
But I'll put an update out before 1.8 and then will keep everyone informed of the mod support situation.
When I download the pack, I put it in the resource pack folder in 1.7 (still in .zip format) then I exit minecraft and reopen, the resource pack does not appear but it is still in the folder?Help!

Curse PremiumHm, what exactly do you mean? None of the paintings on mine are purple.
Try unzipping and putting the [1.6] StylecraftHybrid [v10] folder in the resource pack section. That's what I do.

Curse PremiumHm, let me go open up the mobs folder and see how the textures are. I've never seen this issue before. I may have to put out a fix...

Curse PremiumThe only thing I did was refresh the download link (just deleting the link and doing it over again). No links changed, though.
