No actually. You'll download it as a .zip file. What you need to do is extract the contents, which is one folder, and put that folder in your Resource Pack folder. There is, however, a glitch where the game will not let you use the resource pack, but I can't fix that.

I almost found the issue! I still can't get it to work, though. If anyone can tell me what the issue is and send me an edited version of the pack that fixes the issue, please do so! Thanks!

Thanks for making this texture! If I can't get my fps up via other methods, i'll try out this texture and hope it helps.

Haha well thats funny. The hiccup I noticed was that the diamond texture wasn't finished.

And personally, I like the yellow flower being brighter yellow other than that, didn't notice anything else.

EDIT: Any idea about teh compatibility on this bad boy?

The diamond texture is in fact finished. You can see the inspiration I got for it here
I'll see about little mister flower.
I would like to add some mod compatibility, but I'm not sure which ones. And there are just so many...

Brighter flowers and better cake/cactus

I'll be trying to add mod support for the Mutant Creatures mod, catch you guys later with that!

EDIT: Never mind, I forgot it isn't updated to 1.6. Maybe when it is I will!

Nice :).

I'm a noob at this stuff, what does adding support for a mod mean? You'll make custom textures to use with said mod?

BTW here is the diamond I was referring to. I believe it looks different than that comparison pic you showed me lol. It effects diamond ore, diamond block and unrefined diamond that is found in caves.

And yes, you were right about mod support

Update!
Fixed the diamonds, changed the arrow and the TNT, improved the emeralds so the lines aren't so harsh

Changed the logs to take advantage of the new log tops
