Just use a paint program and downscale it yourself.

Awww. That makes me sad, cause, you know, idk how to do that... Yeah, I suck that much. Anyone willing to help? Also, not to mention, that's a zip. If you open it, it's the texture files. Zips can't contain viruses, can they?
