1. Upload your image to a site like Photobucket or Imgur (I prefer imgur)
2. Copy the forum code or BBCode that the site gives you (on the sidebar on photobucket, and by clicking the image on imgur)
3. Paste the code into the forum post

The code should look something like this:

[IMG]http://i.imgur.com/z6TE8fh.jpg[/IMG]

And you should end up with something like this:

Er, why have you linked us a .zip file containing the screenshots?

You have uploaded them to the internet, but not to the correct location. Some good things like IMGUR (or alternatively PhotoBucket, Tinypic, etc) are free and allow you to easily upload each screenshot so it can be seen here, rather than downloaded.
