I love it! The one thing I would say is to leave the glass as is, it's a bit obnoxious with lines flying about. Other than that, awesome! I particularly love the fish and magma cream.
Heh, well everyone has their own best and worst textures. It's simple as pie if you want to remove it. Open the texture pack, go to /textures/blocks and delete glass.png and glass.txt. All done =)
Oh and btw, I am very disappointed with you. I spent a good 5 minutes clicking the spoilers in your signature...only to find nothing at the end. Not even a "lul, u wasted yo tiem" *double sad face*

I've seen about 4 or 5 of this vanilla packs with animation, but I have to say, this one seems to implement the animations better than all of the others.
The animations are really smooth which I know is quite hard to do in a 16x resolution. Great work! I look forward to seeing how you animate the tools!

I have seen those other packs aswell, and made this purposely because I felt they...lacked...
But in all honesty, this means a TON coming from a guy with an already famous texture pack. =)
I mean, the movement in the grass add a lot to the personnality to, the feeling of minecraft, that when returning to vanilla, the grass seems dead, too virtual.
I figured it was something along those lines ^^ I'm glad you like it!
--Pumpkins should grin occasionally for a Halloweenish feel.
--Dispensers should look angry occasionally.
--Chiselled Sandstone should have the Creeper stare in a different direction every now and then.
--Chests should have a small lock-type bar that slides in and out (Would be cool if you could make it slide out when the chest is opened but I understand if that is impossible)
--Rails should shine on the iron part.
--Netherrack should have red blood-like ooze go through it and reconnect to another "hole" that is oozing the red blood-like thing.
--Soul Sand should swirl in a quicksand type way. Putting this up here just because I don't want screaming animations on Soul Sand.
--Jack 'o' Lantern - In addition to glowing you should have the eyes get wider occasionally.
--Cake should have its frosting drop off the sides
--Mushrooms in addition to swaying should look like they are growing smaller mushrooms around them that also sway(I'm not 100% on this one, I feel like this should be more for Nether Warts)
--Endstone should turn to a solid color for a while.
--Redstone lamps should also have a glass like reflection on them.
--Enderchest - similar to chest and my last suggestion of having eyes turn inside out :U
--Tripwire(String) should have a swaying wire.
--Tripwire(Item) should act as if it is tugging the wire (Not sure if possible)
--Bread should be missing a bite of it, which allows crumbs to fall out
--Pumpkin Pie should look as if it is emanating a smell
This stuff was probably already suggested, as fore I havn't looked at previous comments this time around.

However awesome these suggestions are, I'm going to have to say no bro to most of them. I'll use the pumpkin as an example: Pumpkins. Pumpkins don't grin =/ They are inanimate objects and cannot use facial expressions. This might be cute for a halloween version or something, but not in the official release ^^

Creaper - Should have the green on it's body simply move around, and perhaps give show to some TNT.
Skeleton - Ribcage should jiggle and its head should giveway to a crack that heals.
Zombie - Flesh should rot at random locations as if it has a flesh eating disease. I would say that the zombie also needs some drool to fall out of its mouth
Slime - Should have a moving orb inside of it that jiggles up and down. Should fit well since slimes ALWAYS jump. Eyes should have a similar effect.
Ghasts - Crying obviously. I'll add onto this later. - Maybe have the mouth seem like it has lava inside of it.
Zombie Pigman - A mix of Zombie and Skeleton. I'll again add onto this later.
Enderman - Jaw should unhinge and rehinge when attacking. Not sure if that is possible, but I will think of more ideas later for this.
Magma Cube - Core should rotate similar to Slime. Eyes should look like animated lava.
Witch - The witch should change color slightly, as if it were glowing(Skin only), while the Hat should glow where the green gem is. The arms should show a potion looking thing inside the robe.
Mooshroom - Should have the red on it's body look like it is taking over the white areas.
Villager - Should raise an eyebrow randomly.

Most of these idea's are non-sensical. Sure, they show off what the item is, but it doesn't make sense. A fire cracker just doesn't spontaniously ignite it's own fuse only to put itself out shortly afterward ;P
I'll tell you this though, I like the compass Ideas. Unfortunately, it's impossible as the compass uses it's "animation frames" as spinning the dial. Adding a glass shimmer effect to it wouldn't work with the way the code works. And thats too bad, because I love the idea =(
Yeesh, Mojang is giving us unique texture pack-ists a difficult time with this new resource pack nonsense. Anywho, I used the new texture ender program on my pack and it seems most of the textures function fine now. But saplings and grass just blow by, I don't know why yet =I I'll be paying attention to the goings on of minecraft and see what I can do to alleviate this silliness =)
