I've heard this idea before -which is not a bad thing! The more people who say the same thing the more likely it will be done- But I just dont know If I like it. I'll keep it in mind though =)

huh...Tell me, when you activate a furnace, does the fire animation INSIDE the furnace gui animate? The little fire pic inbetween where the coal goes and where the ore goes should animate. This is sorta important to know and will certainly help me.

I think GUIs only animate with optifine, so check that first.

I was running ultra. Update on sp614x: he hasn't resonded x.x Which I can understand, I assume he is quite a busy guy. But until I get a response, I just don't know where to turn. MCPatcher works though, if you care to bother.

My computer's way to laggy to run without Optifine. I'll try using Optifine ultra, though, to see what it does.
Anyway, it seems like the items aren't animated either (though I have the option enabled)... This is so weird...
EDIT: Never mind, I had just put the items folder in the wrong place (I'm mixing and matching texture packs lol)

Can't say I'm surprised. I was hoping that a newer version of ultra came out that may have adressed this...Too much to ask for I guess. Anyway, I've yet to recieve a message from sp614x, I really don't know what to do =I
This is looking really good so far! I have a few suggestions that I don't think were mentioned yet, here they are:
MOB ANIMATIONS:
-zombie's or skeleton's eyes flashing red.
-guts wriggling inside of the skeletons bodies.
-blood trickling from the zombies heads or other parts.
-animal hair blowing in the wind (wolves, horses etc.)
-slime dripping/ oozing from slimes
Also, since there is transparent space in the wither skeleton textures maybe it's possible to make it look like evil smoke or something is circling around them.
ITEM ANIMATIONS:
-steam coming off cooked food
-egg wiggling (like a chicken is inside and ready to hatch)
-black dust coming off coal and charcoal
-shears randomly open and close
BLOCK ANIMATIONS:
-water dripping from sponges
-little flames and sparks on netherrack
-the "faces" in soulsand move a little (blink, move their mouths or something)
Many of these suggestions would be hard to add but it'd be cool if some of them were added. Thank you for making a great texture pack and reading this post.

Hey Ghost, could you add connected textures support? Thanks for making this texture/resource pack connected textures for glass would make it look awesome.
For basic CTM support you can just copy the folder 'ctm' from the optfine zip file in \assets\minecraft\mcpatcher to the same directory in the resource pack zip. The CTM glass won't be animated that way, but i removed them in my version anyway
Do you already make use of the random textures function? I mean for blocks.
If not id suggest you to use it, the blocks will look like the same but the animation starts later, earlyer or plays slower or faster.
This would pervent... say... when i have a cave build out of diamondblocks, id prefer the cave to glister rather than to flash once in a while. Do you understand what i mean?
