Quick question , why is there an "II" in the m for the banner?

Hehe. Well, the name of the texture pack is a portmanteau of Vanilla and animation. The A, N, I, and the second A all line up on top of eachother perfectly leaving the two L's and the single M to stand atop eachother. Notice the colors of the words, Vanilla is red and animation is blue, but where they intersect is purple. That's how I derived the word "Vanimation"
If I could find a unicode symbol that looked like two L's behind an M I would totaly use it! But I've yet to find one... =(
So, given that I'm too lazy to look it up, and I'm just curious if this texture pack could evolve into other things with the use of the new Resource Packs, what else can Resource Packs do? I know it allows for easy sound modification as well as textures.

Well, TBH, this isn't the first one. I made mine after DEFAnimation because I felt like he wasn't staying true to the name of the pack.

Not really any way to do it, unless you add sounds to certain things to simply go along with the animation. But yeah. I wish I could help, but my "skills" at computer art were never great, considering the most I have done is simply recoloring a few sprites here and there. Given what Minecraft's graphics are, however, that kind of defeats the purpose of my statement.

It's nice and all, but it doesn't show off my textures or my pack at all =/ The more people see at first glance, the more likely they will click on it. I appreciate it very much, I do, but it doesn't even animate ;P Nor does it use the word animation .-.

Woah woah woah. I made a mistake in the last upload. Those who downloaded the 1.6.1 link before this post was posted, download again if you want McPatcher to work with the other textures.

I haven't commented on this topic since you first put it on, been meaning to comment, glad it's going so well I remember being impressed when I first saw it and I still think it's great, has to be the best animated pack out there, the fish is to die for XD
Since you mentioned being able to animate mobs, I was thinking. Ever thought of working with the Better Animations Collection Revived mod, or another animated mob-mod? I'm not exactly sure what you could do like that, but I'm sure you could accomplish something to go in tandem with it. I dunno.
