Hey everyone, this is my At0mic Craft texture pack and it's just something different you might want to try. It's not quite finished yet because there are still a lot of textures that are default, but I decided to release this version, and keep it up-to-date, to see what you guys think so far.

My At0mic Craft texture pack is basically a mix of recycled pieces of textures and my own textures made from scratch. Bear in mind that the recycled pieces of textures are all from the default texture pack, so I haven't stolen any artwork or anything. I pretty much just made this because I enjoy digital image editing and the fact that it changes what everything looks like ingame is even more of a motivator. It is only 16x16, which is the same as the default, so I haven't done anything too special. I expect this to be finished completely and definitely by mid-year but it shouldn't take that long... I might just get distracted.


If you have any questions or helpful suggestions just say so as I'm pretty sure that I would have to have missed something in that description. Also, I know that there are some textures that really don't look much better than the default, but at the moment I just want to experiment and change everything so... yeah. Enjoy!

I actually like what you've done so far! They look nice. The only suggestion I'd make is to change the title... I would bet that there are already multiple packs with that exact same title. People who see that title would probably expect yet another effortless bucket-fill pack.

Well thank you BMO but I'm still a bit indecisive about the title... I was considering At0mic Craft but that could make people think it's a themed texture pack...

EDIT: Screw it, I'm changing the title to At0mic Craft. Sorry BMO...

Just updated At0mic Craft for the first time, it's now At0mic Craft 16x16_v10.zip. The update basically gave all the new 1.5 stuff my custom textures :D. For example, the daylight detector and hopper are now custom but I changed some old ones as well like the cauldron. Tell if you like the new cauldron... It may not really fit the shape very well :/.

EDIT: Also changed the health bar to one similar to the exp bar. Feedback is appreciated!

Thanks for sharing, I'll work on those. I originally had more definition on the cobblestone but I thought it didn't look natural. Now I remember that cobblestone isn't natural... *facepalm*

Thanks Phil. I wasn't sure about that particular texture because it's not really symmetrical. For the slackers who didn't listen in primary school, I mean the top of the texture is one direction, no matter where you put it. Not too good for patterns on floors... :/
