A new post requires screenshots, description, and a download link. You can edit your post to include these things.
Also, you can't link to a file on your personal computer. No one else can access the files on your computer (thankfully). You need to upload the picture to a website like Imgur or Photobucket, and either copy the image code from those sites and paste it here, or while editing, click the "picture" button and paste the link in there.
